This is true, as is hint #1590. Pretty sucky overall, especially when a lot of what you do in school, even if it's "related" to your degree, isn't really that necessary.

Only if you want your masters or doctorate is is 6 years or more. Otherwise the norm is becoming 5 years.

Ya it used to be four because they only gave you necessary classes that would help you in your major. Now in days they give you classes that have nothing to do with anything in your major and just generally wastes time. Awesome!

Yeah, giving you classes that you don't need just to get more money out of you. Not to mention they sometime make up the story of.. "You need this course to advance" when that class has nothing to do with what you major in!

So our class was doing this thing about seeing what classes we need to get into college, and we needed 3 (or mabye it was 2) years of foreign language, I mean what the hell? When am I ever going to speak spanish/french to someone? Bah. One more class I will fail in high school.

Probably 2 years of Foreign Language, that is what most high schools and colleges require. Though some require 4 years of it. And obviously you have never been near large cities or the Mexico border... Spanish people who have decided that they don't need to speak our (Americans) language are everywhere... So instead of making them conform we are trying to tailor to their needs. >.> (Don't get me going... it would be a LONG rant)

Well time to shut down to go to class. Wooo 3 hours of engrish. >.<

Just get a 19 incher, does the same work as a 23" one. That is what I have in my room and it's perfect. Though a 23" TV for $199... I would have bought that thing up real quick even though it may have been overkill.
